To help us achieve the best result and keep your appointment running smoothly, please arrive with:
• Your hair clean, fully detangled and free from heavy oils, grease or product build-up, unless a wash service has been added to your booking
• Your own hair extensions, ready for use
• Hair completely dry before your appointment
• Your scalp free from open sores, significant irritation or active inflammation
Please allow enough time before your appointment to prepare your hair properly. If your hair requires excessive detangling, cleansing or additional preparation on arrival, extra time and charges may apply.
For the health of your hair and scalp, we recommend avoiding very tight styles and allowing appropriate rest between protective styles where possible.
